FAQ

1. Return Policy - Faulty items may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of the proof of purchase. A change of heart does not warrant a return or exchange. 
   
2. Standard delivery - Within Australia is 3-4 working days and 7-10 working days worldwide. 
   
3. Tickets - If purchased online are non-refundable, however they are transferable. In the event that a show is cancelled, a full refund will be delivered. Once you have purchased a ticket, an email will be sent to you with an official ticket which you can print or present at the door.
